How it runs

You keep the client, the strategy and the design. We take the engineering that needs Shopify depth.

In practice that means a named engineer in your project channel, estimates in the format your proposals use, and code review you can hand to a client’s technical stakeholder without editing it first. When the build is done you get the repository, the runbooks and the architecture decisions, so nothing about the engagement leaves you dependent on us.

What agencies ask before the first project.

Yes. White-label is the default. We use your project management tools, join your client calls only if you invite us, and our name does not appear in deliverables unless you want it to.

No. Client relationships stay yours. We are happy to sign a non-solicitation agreement as part of the partnership terms.

You bring the brief or the client conversation. We produce a technical scope with assumptions and risks stated, in a form you can quote from. Discovery is paid when the problem is not yet well defined.

A single scoped project, or a retained monthly allocation with a three-month minimum. Many partnerships start with one migration and continue as standing capacity.

You do, or your client does, according to your own client agreement. We hand over repositories, documentation and runbooks at the end of every engagement.
